Hike to Mount Bancroft and Parry Peak

June 09, 2014

It was my second hike with the JBS Alpine Club. We hiked to Mount Bancroft and Parry Peak.
Yet again a wonderful hike with some wonderful people. The fun gets doubled if you you have good company. Thanks for Tom and John for planning such an awesome hike.

Here are some photos that I took while maintaining my pace with others:

The start of the hike was a bit cold and very soon we were about to encounter a very steep "snow wall"

How could I forget my CLYW Arctic Circle 2 when I was at the summit! Maybe I am the first one to yoyo at 13500 feet?

You've made Christmas shopping easy for me this year a Brazos wkailng stick it is (or at least one gift)! I couldn't think of anything else I could possibly buy for my boyfriend when it came to photography equipment, but this will be helpful in more ways than one. I know he will love it! Thanks.

I must have the worst home ever ;) I have no plants or flewros in my home. Well, fresh flewros are quite expensive here in Finland and I have no windowsill in my apartment... And on the tables they are way too far from the daylight... And I don't like keeping plants or flewros on the floor. So many excuses and all true ;)
